Steven Huang

Bio

Steven Huang left his career as a life and health insurance actuary to join Facebook as their first HR analyst. Ever since he has become a champion of using data modeling to solve big problems. His sights are now set on solving issues around Diversity and Inclusion. As one of Culture Amp’s early employees, Steven is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion where he oversees the D&I products and services for 2,000 customers. He has a B.S. in Business from Babson College.
