With the powerful Career and Sourcing Paths visuals, you can explore the data within the Visier Community, which is aggregated across Visier's customers and can be used for benchmarking within your organization. This way you can find suitable internal talent for a certain role outside of the conventional sourcing and also suggest new career progression to employees.

Visier People® Essentials is required as a prerequisite to purchasing Community Career Paths.

The Career and Sourcing paths visuals are available with Visier People Essentials and are generated from the internal job histories and movement of your employees throughout your organization. If you have loaded this data already, you do not need to onboard additional data to access Visier Community data, which is aggregated across Visier’s customers.

Visier Community data allows you to explore and compare your employee career paths to similar employees across all Visier customers in the Career Paths and Sourcing Paths visuals. Career paths are aggregated from 15 million records and can be used to benchmark the career paths within your organization. This helps you answer questions such as:

  • Are we promoting employees at different times, either earlier or later, in comparison to other organizations?

  • What career development paths are available for a similar role at other organizations?

  • In other organizations, which internal position typically fills similar roles to the one I recently created?
