Prerequisites

Grant data access to Visier’s service account.

Visier service account

Delegate domain-wide authority to the service account so that Visier can retrieve your source data.

Visier requires access to the following OAuth scopes:

Data privacy mode

Add the scope for the data privacy mode that you have selected. Full mode allows the app to access the email body to perform semantic analysis and extract meaningful insights.

How the connector loads data

With the initial data load, you can select a specific period to fetch historical data from the source. Once the connector is configured and data is loaded, the connector will start gathering data in real-time.
